Shipping policy

  • The prices of the products on the website do not include the shipping fee.
  • Orders are distributed to their destination on the business day following the order, most shipments to major cities will be delivered as early as the business day following the order.
  • The company undertakes to deliver the shipment within 3 business days to most parts of the country and 4 business days to exceptional areas.
  • Shipments are made by an external courier company.
  • There is an option for same day delivery at an additional charge as shown in the delivery options at the time of ordering (ordering will be made by 10:00 AM). 
  • Same day delivery is ONLY in "Gush Dan" area.
  • Orders placed after 14:00 will be considered as booked on the next business day. (Local Time).
  • The delivery service operates on Sundays-Thursdays between the hours of        8: 00-17:00,  * No deliveries on Fridays and on holidays. (Local Time).
  • An order that is placed on Friday and Saturday will only be processed on the following Sunday morning.
  • When the package is picked up by the courier, the recipient will receive an SMS message to track the shipment from the carrier.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to fill in an exact shipping address, if it is a business please indicate the name of the business.
  • The company will not be responsible for any delay and / or delay in delivery and / or non-delivery, caused as a result of force majeure and / or events beyond its control.

Overseas Shipments :
We make shipments to all countries in the world through DHL service. Following your order, a tracking number will be sent to you, through which the package can be tracked.
